What do you need to meet the challenges of the current moment?

What do you need to take your organization’s reach, effectiveness and relationships to the next level?

For nearly a decade, I held senior leadership positions in social justice organizations.  I have worked both locally, as a community organizer and leader in Missouri, and nationally.  Most recently I served as managing director at Jobs With Justice.

In those roles, I learned through creativity, trial, and error how to manage change processes, how to build and strengthen teams, and how to create systems and structures that make our work more effective and impactful.

I am passionate about helping senior leaders and supervisors learn how to engage and manage their teams. The journey to become a great supervisor was a challenge for me, and I enjoy sharing tools, practices and self-management work that can transform staff relationships and teams. If you are adapting to or working with a staff union, I specialize in supporting your efforts to welcome a staff union and create healthy labor-management relations.

I offer organizational and team coaching as well as meeting design and facilitation. Should you have a special project or a change management opportunity, I can add capacity by helping you design systems and structures to transform your internal practices.
